In the case of shipments to European Union countries, Spanish VAT will be deducted and the VAT rate corresponding to the country of destination will be applied.

3. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

The products offered by DOLIS are available and for distribution anywhere in the world.

Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.

The products offered by DOLIS will always be subject to availability, which will be specifically indicated on our website for each product, so if an item offered is not available, the customer will be duly informed of the lack of availability for the purchase. Under normal conditions, all the products that appear on our website are available for delivery within the indicated deadlines.

In the cases in which, once the order has been placed, the product contracted by the CLIENT is out of stock, he will be duly informed of this and will be offered an alternative product with similar characteristics of the same price and quality as the one purchased. If even so, the CLIENT is not interested in accepting the proposed alternative, DOLIS will proceed to refund the amount already paid and will inform him of the procedures and terms of reimbursement.

As a general rule, the maximum home delivery period will be 5 to 7 working days from the moment of purchase and from the moment we have confirmed your payment. These delivery times are approximate and in no way binding on DOLIS. Deliveries will be made on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

The delivery of the product purchased at home will be made by a certified shipment by the carrier. Likewise, the CLIENT will be duly informed in the event that an incident occurs or the delivery is delayed for any reason.

If delivery to the indicated address is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the carrier will contact the CUSTOMER directly, and the steps to follow will be indicated in detail. In the event that the impossibility of delivery is caused by a wrong address having been entered, the cost of re-dispatching the order will be borne by the CUSTOMER. DOLIS is not responsible for delays in deliveries of purchased parts due to causes attributable to the carrier.

3.1 PRE-ORDER

What is the PRE-ORDER option?

These are items that are not in stock at the time of placing your order, but are made to order for each customer. In this way we also make in a more sustainable way, reducing excess stocks and unnecessary fabrics for the environment.

Once we have the amount of fabric assigned to each specific model with our pattern maker and cutter, we load the units online and make them available to you in PRE-ORDER. But also the units in PRE-ORDER are sold out since the amount of fabric we have is limited, and once we have exhausted the fabric in stock, the PRE-ORDER option is no longer available. The PRE-ORDER option is will remain active on the web normally for a period of two weeks, this will be specified in the description of each product sheet.

Once the product purchase time ends, the manufacturing process begins in our collaborating workshops, and when the manufacturing is finished we begin the delivery service in chronological order.

To pre-order a model, you will have to add it to your purchase as if you were placing an order in the normal way. You will then need to go through the checkout process as usual and pay for the item. As soon as the item is available we will send it. 4. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PERIODS

5. INVOICES

6. WARRANTY

.

All our products are subject to quality controls and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design or material defect, although the lack of conformity will need to be revealed within 2 months of becoming aware of it.

The guarantee does not cover blows, improper use (deformations, signs of wear or scratches), detachment or imperfections of the same. Stains and gloss changes in metals due to the use of chemical agents, allergies or others that are not attributable to a supplier defect. During the warranty period, the CLIENT may return the product and we will proceed to repair or replace it. The transport costs generated by returns under warranty will NOT be paid by the CLIENT.

7. HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PARTS

To keep your pieces in the best condition, we suggest the following recommendations. Daily use is the main responsible for the wear and tear they suffer, so a good conservation is the guarantee that they remain perfect.

  • POLYMERIC CERAMIC IS A CRAFTSMANSHIP PRODUCT, NOT A TOY: We do not recommend bathing, showering, going to the beach or pool with them or doing physical activity.

8. AFTER SALES SERVICE

9. RETURNS

.

Returns or exchanges of products will only be accepted in the event of a factory defect, damage in transport or delivery errors. In any case, no more than 14 days should have elapsed from the receipt of the product and the packaging and accessories should be included. It will be verified prior to the acceptance that it is a manufacturing or packaging defect or anomaly and not an inappropriate or negligent use, handling or storage. They will always be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note or invoice.

Both in the case of return due to manufacturing or packaging defect and in the case of an error in the order, the CUSTOMER will be offered, if possible, the repair of the part or its replacement with another alternative without additional cost and without rights, by part of the CLIENT, to any type of compensation. The costs generated by the shipment of the repaired or correct order will be borne by DOLIS.

In any case, the return will always be subject to prior examination by DOLIS of the condition of the product to be returned and verification that the requirements of these conditions of sale have been met. Once the return is received and if applicable, we will refund the amount charged within a maximum period of 30 days and in the same terms that were used to make the payment.

DOLIS reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Returns will be managed by sending an email to chezdolis@gmail.com with a description of the reasons and causes alleged for the return. Likewise, it will be necessary to indicate the name and surname and the reference number of the order. Once the request is received, we will process it in a timely manner.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

13. COMMUNICATIONS

14. COMMITMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT
